Judy Enns received her doctorate in communication from The Ohio State University and has taught at the college and university level, including positions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Virgin Islands, Philippines, Illinois, Ohio, Oregon and California.

As a national and state convention speaker, Judy has addressed national and regional organizations, including human resources and professional groups in San Diego, San Francisco, Lexington, Kentucky and numerous staffing industry association conventions in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Considered an expert on human resources, her articles have been featured in publications such as Workforce, Personnel Consultant, National Business Employment Weekly, The Fordyce Letter and TempNet News, among many others.
