Britt Huber holds a MBA from St. Marys College in Moraga, Calif., and is an international management and HR professional with more than 15 years of experience in leadership roles. Her portfolio of industry experience is diverse and includes search, recruitment and staffing; biotechnology and life sciences; public relations; technology; and consulting.

Britts extensive experience in management and human resources has supported an array of companies with top HR talent. Britt uses her seasoned skills and extensive network of senior business professionals and HR executives to provide solutions that allow clients to attain their business goals, while helping HR professionals and executives build fulfilling careers. A dedicated and resourceful executive search consultant, Britt thrives on challenges and exceeding clients expectations.

Prior to joining HR Solutions, Britt was vice president of human resources at Porter Novelli. Before that, she was a director of human resources at The Parkinsons Institute and at DNA Sciences, Inc., where she developed and implemented HR plans and handled all aspects of human capital management. Britts broad business skills have enabled her to guide organizations through cycles of high growth as well as restructuring, with positive bottom-line results on the organization.

Britt is a frequent guest lecturer on topics such as HR strategy and services marketing at the University of Applied Sciences in Switzerland and has working knowledge in German, French, Italian and Spanish.
